MLM Lead System Pro-A Personal Review
The MLM Lead System Pro is one of the most powerful marketing systems that I have seen when it comes to having the perfect sales funnel. It is pretty much the first self branded, customizable, lead generation, and attraction marketing system to hit the internet. It is fully integrated with all the tools that a marketer needs to start generating some serious income online and start earning profits for the first time.
Attraction marketing is the strongest tool that they teach as part of their system. And thank goodness they do since there is so much crap and hype in our industry.
MLM Lead System Pro is Not…
1. It is not a network marketing company. 2. Get Rich Quick. 3. A Scam like a money mail program. 4. Not for those who are not willing to make serious money online, but for those that are willing to take responsibility for their finances.
With MLM Lead System Pro one can literally start generating what he has not been able to do with other systems out there.
MLM Lead System Pro will teach you…
1. How to brand yourself to be the IT person that people will want to follow. 2. Get leads like never before. 3. Utilize Attraction Marketing Secrets. 4. How to target your market. 5. How to get paid despite anyone joining your opportunity
Some of MLM Lead System Pro Strategies are:
1. How to start building your own list of subscribers. 2. Advanced Myspace strategies. 3. Advanced List builders and Ezine Marketing. 4. Advanced Web 2.0 strategies. 5. Advanced Blog Marketing. 6. Advanced Search Engine Optimization. 7. Advanced Pay Per Click Marketing. 8. Advanced Forum Marketing. 9. Advanced Video Marketing. And much, much more.
In summary, it is my humble opinion, albeit somewhat of a biased opinion since I do very well with it, that MLM Lead System Pro is the hands down best tool available to any MLM or network marketer looking to increase their leads and wealth.

The Role Of Social Media: To Sell Or Not To Sell
I often get asked about Twitter and its role in marketing. Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter seem to be interesting sites, but can they be used to build your brand or help you sell more? I believe they can as long as you keep these strategies in mind.
for social media to be effective, it’s important that you focus on a specific audience for whom you have something in common. You want to have regular conversations with like minded people. If you are interested in baseball and you’re focused on soccer, you’re going to have a hard time being part of the conversation.
Start with a plan. If you want to use social media for marketing and promotional purposes, you really need to have a plan. Starting to post or profile is a great idea but certainly not enough for online success. To succeed you should define objectives, resources, and responsible parties. Doing so improves your chances of success dramatically.
Share what you know with your audience. Everyone has something they like to do or know something about. What is your passion? Where is your experience? Share what you know with others who are just starting out or who are in a similar field. Just because someone is an expert in one area doesn’t mean they are an expert in all areas. Pick and area that you know especially well and commit to sharing what you know with others.
Consistent communication is important. Posting information one day or one week and not the next doesn’t do much to build a following. Those who are most successful communicate just the right information at the right time. Striking a balance is important to your successful over the long term. Start with small, consistent communications that provide value and you’ll see results.
Invite conversation with others around specific topics. Take a stand and choose a side. By serving to create dialog, others want to be part of the conversation. The more people that weigh in the better your content as it represents many different points of view. This enriches the content and attracts others to your conversation.
Stop selling. Something that I see on a regular basis is direct selling happening on social media websites. However, what these individuals don’t realize is that nothing turns off individuals more than being sold. Rather, they want to learn about a subject area and choose products and services on their own after research, recommendations, and reasoning. Don’t use social media to sell directly. Rather, use social media to build a following. Once you have proved value, others will look to follow you and the products you use or try.
The area of social media is in full force. By developing a list of followers or fans, you can quickly improve the opportunity to build your brand. To sell your products however, you’ll have to create value for your followers. Don’t try to sell directly. You’re best bet is to mention products in a subtle way. This has more power than the direct approach when it comes to social media marketing. Followers can leave you quickly so don’t push your luck. Create value and they will return the favor.

How to Use Viral Real Estate Marketing on MySpace
I know it sounds terrible, but “viral marketing” has nothing to do with a “computer virus”. So what is viral marketing? Just what it sounds like; marketing so powerful that it spreads like a virus, getting one person after the other in a rapid fashion.
It’s also known as buzz marketing, using its smart tactics to create a huge “buzz” among social networks online. Real estate investors especially, like agents, brokers, and the like, have harnessed the power of viral marketing. It’s time for you to be in on the secret.
Let me give you a clear example. Picture sending an email, message or bulletin about one aspect of real estate to 100 people, and 15 of those 100 send it to 100 more, and 15 of those folks send it to 100 more and so on and so forth, until you have reached hundreds of thousands.
This is the very genius behind viral marketing. It’s about getting your message out to exponentially more people than you ever could have by conventional means. It seems sneaky, but you can basically target prospects that will then be converted to your message and begin to promote it.
Learning to utilize the social popularity of videos, games, comment graphics, and other things, you have the ability to reach-out to an infinite sea of MySpace friends, that would typically be beyond your marketing contact. I recommend utilizing a viral approach anytime you send messages, bulletins, comments, etc. to market. In the 30 video training series I’ve assembled, I demonstrate exactly how to do this, step-by-step for real estate professionals, chiropractors, mlm and network marketers, and many others.
Take advantage of this viral approach when you send out any messages, bulletins, comments and blogs into the market. My training series is comprised of 30 easy-to-follow videos that will take you step by step to your own success in real estate, chiropractic practice, network marketers and so many more.
In actuality, I caution you against marketing directly on any of your profiles, as it can come across as “spammy” and will quickly turn your potential real estate prospects off. Additionally, MySpace will also delete your account, flag your email and take your IP address so you cannot participate on the network again.
And not only that, but MySpace will erase your account so that you can’t participate in the network at all if you just look like a cheap solicitor. You simply want your profile to draw a huge friend list, in the easiest, timeliest way possible. Then you can market to your friends softly.
